return policy

we accept returns of faulty or damaged items. in order for an item to be returned, it must be unused (unburned in the case of candles), unworn, unwashed (you know the drill). products must also be in their original packaging.

returning an item

if you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, visit our returns center. we accept returns withing 30 days from the date of purchase. you’ll be prompted to enter your order number and email address. follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. once your initiate your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
